Tink is a PSE Level 2 and 3 instructor. This means that not only is he one of the best qualified bow and arrow instructors, but he is certified to train the instructors. Tink is also an NFAA Master Coach and a Basic Archery Instructor (BAI) Level 2 and 3 certified by the National Archery in Schools Program (NASP). Additonally Tink is a NFAA Master Bowhunter and a Certified Bowhunter Instructor certified by Bill Wadsworth. Bill Wadworth, along with Tink,  was a co-founder of the  National Bowhunter Education Foundation as Certified  Bowhunter Instructor  # 1 in July of 1975. Tink taught the first  Certified Bowhunter Instructors Workshops in  Vermont, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, South Africa and Colorado. This teaching was essential to establish Bowhunter Education in these regions.
